Tmall's Double 11 sales start October 20 with a record 1 million brands

Alibaba's Tmall says its Double 11 shopping festival, which starts October 20, has drawn 1 million brands and 72 million products, both record highs. Tmall says 60,000 merchants are joining Double 11 for the first time, and more than 100 million imported goods from over 80 countries and regions are in Tmall International warehouses.
