Phasis builds a World API so AI agents orient against reality before acting

Phasis Inc. is building the Phasis World API, a platform that gives AI agents evidence-backed domain state before they act. Its primary endpoint, "/orient," returns relevant World frames covering current state, material changes, supporting evidence and uncertainties for a submitted task. Co-founder and CEO Brandon Farley says the company is targeting enterprise agent deployments.
