DigitalOcean launches Signals, Simulations, and Insights for AI agents

AISummary

DigitalOcean launches Signals, Simulations, and Insights in public preview, and Agent Data Services in private preview. Signals reads live agent traffic and flags failed sessions, such as a successful tool call that queried the wrong region. Users can turn a flagged session into a test that Simulations replays with a proposed fix.

DigitalOcean has launched a public preview of Signals, Simulations, and Insights, and a private preview of Agent Data Services.

With these tools, teams can now catch issues with the first affected user and test the fix on that exact conversation before releasing.

Signals can read live agent traffic and flag sessions that went wrong, like a tool call that succeeded but queried the wrong region.

Users can turn a flagged session into a test, and Simulations will replay the whole conversation with the proposed fix.

Agent Data Services allows the agent to review old support call recordings and documents to figure out what caused the problem.

Catch it at the first user, not the four-hundredth. A new user’s bank link fails, the agent says “try again later,” and nothing shows up in the logs. Watch a team find the bug and fix it before anyone else hits it, with Agent Learning Services and Agent Data Services, launching today.
