Teknium drops default auto-prune, adds storage check before pruning

AISummary

Teknium says pruning is now off by default after pushback on the auto-prune that ran after 90 days of sessions. New sessions instead run a 2-microsecond check on whether the database is about to consume all storage, then prompt the user to prune or manage it themselves.

@Teknium

Had some pushback on the new auto-prune after 90days on sessions, found a better solution.

Pruning will be off by default, but on new sessions will do a 2microsecond check to see if your db is about to eat all your storage, and then prompt you to prune or manage it yourself.

Enjoy :)
