Westlake University opens world model research center led by Yu Kaicheng
AIWestlake University launched its Westlake World Model Research Center in Hangzhou on October 31, according to the university, with Yu Kaicheng directing it and Jin Yaochu as chief scientist. The center will study world models that combine perception, cognition, prediction and action, aiming to build a general world model that understands physics and learns from real-world feedback.
