Factory launches Environments, reusable sandboxes for cloud Droids

Factory releases Environments, now generally available, as reusable sandbox definitions for its cloud agents, the Droids. Each Environment bundles the repositories, tools, and dependencies a Droid needs, and Factory builds it into a portable image ahead of time. Factory rebuilds Environments every few hours and promotes only successful builds, so Droids start from a validated sandbox.
