Microsoft Research AI for Science has released a public preview of BioEmu2, a foundation model for biomolecular structure, dynamics and function. The model has open weights under an MIT license and is available on GitHub. The post includes a simulation of the intrinsically disordered PUMA peptide binding to the MCL-1 receptor.
