AIPagerDuty introduces Paige, an AI agent for site reliability engineering that can be put on call as a virtual responder, and renames its flagship product the PD Reliability Platform. Paige's recommendations come with evidence and a confidence level, and PagerDuty says it outperformed leading AI coding agents at diagnosing simulated IT incidents in a benchmark report.
