AINVIDIA says Cosmos3-H-Dreams is a real-time generative surgical simulator trained on clinical cholecystectomy recordings from the CMR Surgical Versius platform to support live kinematic control. It runs interactively on a single NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 GPU with four-step and two-step checkpoints, which trade visual quality for inference speed.
