AISoutheast Asia's digital economy is projected to grow 17% year-on-year to $368 billion in gross merchandise value in 2026, according to the 11th e-Conomy SEA report by Google, Temasek, and Bain & Company. The report says 243 million people in the region use generative AI, and it projects a 60-fold rise in regional AI usage over the next five years.
