Microsoft designers use AI to write Win11 code and speed up UI fixes
AIMicrosoft product design VP Diego Baca says the company has started using AI to write code that speeds up fixes for Windows 11 UI inconsistencies. Microsoft is rebuilding older Win11 interfaces with WinUI 3, and the new Run dialog, built with C# and WinUI 3, has a median display time of 94 milliseconds versus 103 milliseconds for the old version.
