Standard Bots, which calls itself America's largest AI-native industrial robot manufacturer, runs a shared base model that customers adapt through demonstrations and fine-tuning, with its largest model in the low billions of parameters.

CEO Evan Beard and Head of AI Leif Jentoft say the company controls the arm, end effector, control system and AI, and runs inference on-premises on edge GPUs because most factories lack reliable internet.
