Google launches Universal Cart to save items from multiple retailers and track prices

Google's Universal Cart saves products from multiple retailers in one place across Google Search's AI Mode and the Gemini app, and it sends notifications about price drops and restocks.

The cart draws on Google's Shopping Graph of more than 60 billion product listings and identifies relevant promo codes and card benefits. Google also released a When to Buy Guide analyzing promotional patterns and discount data across US merchants.
