Promise Robotics signs multi-year deal with D.R. Horton to build 1,250 homes

Promise Robotics says D.R. Horton will use its Factory-as-a-Service model to produce more than 1,250 homes in the U.S. under a multi-year agreement. The Toronto-based company, founded in 2021, says its software connects design translation, production planning, robotic manufacturing and onsite installation. It is starting facilities in Edmonton, Calgary and Phoenix.
