China proposes trade secret protection rules against foreign infringers
AIChina's commerce ministry released draft measures on Monday to act against foreign entities that infringe local trade secrets. The rules would cover infringements that harm or "poses a real threat to China's national sovereignty, security and developmental interests." Public comments are accepted until November 24.
