Cognition launches Devin Review to help humans review AI-generated code

Cognition introduced Devin Review, a free early-release code review tool that works on any public or private GitHub PR, with features for organizing diffs, chatting about changes, and flagging AI-detected bugs. The company says code review, not code generation, is now the bottleneck as coding agents increase the volume and size of pull requests.
