Google completes open-source Coral NPU architecture and releases v1.0 compiler

AIGoogle Research completes its 32-bit open-source Coral NPU architecture, rated up to 1 TOPS under 10 mW. It also releases the v1.0 compiler and launches new Coralboard devkits with Synaptics.
