How I Turned Grok Bot Into Grok Jarvis: A Talking AI Assistant Built With 2 Prompts (Full Course)
MY 31 AI BOTS NOW REPORT TO ONE ASSISTANT. AND IT TALKS BACK.
I built it inside Grok Bot. 2 plain-English prompts. 1 fix message. Zero code.
It's called Grok Jarvis.
Here's every screen, every reply, and the order to build it in.

Little tip: bookmark this. You'll come back to it when you build yours.
The 30-second version
- One Grok Bot called Jarvis sits on top of every bot you run.
- Prompt 1 gives it a personality: calm, short, a little dry. It calls you by name.
- Prompt 2 makes it build its own screen: a live HUD with a glowing core.
- Left panel: every bot and the last thing it did. Right panel: every decision waiting on you.
- Click a button and Jarvis answers out loud.
- Give it a job and it uses its own computer: searches, opens sites, returns a table.
-> Start with the morning brief. It's the part you'll use every day.
Before we start: your bots are hiding from you
You add one AI bot for follow-ups. Then one for posts. Then one for customer questions.
Now every bot lives in its own chat.
So every morning you open chat one. Scroll. Open chat two. Scroll.
A reply to a new customer sat in chat seven since yesterday. Nobody saw it. The lead went cold.
Your first hour is gone, checking on your own helpers.
Jarvis fixes that. One screen. One voice. Top three decisions first.
1. Make the bot
Open Grok Bot. Click New Bot. Name it Jarvis.
I picked the sparkle shape in teal.
That's it. Jarvis sits in your sidebar next to your other bots.
-> Keep Jarvis separate from the bots doing real work. Its only job is to watch them and brief you.
2. Give it a personality (prompt 1)
Prompt 1 tells Jarvis 4 things:
- How to talk: calm, short, precise, a little dry humour. 2–3 sentences max.
- Your name: it calls you by it.
- How to work: one line on what it'll do → do it → one line with the result.
- The morning brief: say "Good morning, Jarvis" and get what your bots did, what's waiting, and the one thing to do first.
The last line saves it as permanent behaviour.
Jarvis came straight back in character:
"Saved, Julian: calm, short, one line in and one line out, with a little dry humour on the side."
-> Keep the "save this as how you always behave" line. Without it, the personality is gone next time you open the chat.
🔒 Skip the typing: the Jarvis template, with this personality and the morning brief already set, is inside AIPB.
3. Give it a screen (prompt 2)
A Grok Bot Page is a live mini-app the bot builds from a description.
Prompt 2 asks Jarvis to build its own heads-up display:
- Dark navy, faint hex grid, drifting particles
- A glowing cyan core with 3 rings turning at different speeds
- A 3-second boot: rings draw in, a scan line sweeps, "Systems online. Good morning, Julian."
- A live clock and a "Voice: on" badge
- A command bar, "Ask Jarvis…", with a Mic button
- 4 quick commands: Morning brief · Status · What's waiting · Focus mode
A few minutes later, the Page landed in the chat.
-> Ask for real data and tell it to label anything it can't read as example data. Mine pulled every bot's latest chat.
🔒 The exact HUD Page prompt is inside AIPB.
4. The panels
Left: SYSTEMS · 31 ACTIVE
Every bot. A status dot. The last thing it did.
Real rows from mine:
- Radar proposed new territories: roofers in Manchester and Brisbane
- X-Ray built 5 lead pages
- Magnet built a Missed Calls Calculator, waiting on my OK
- Linker found 10 new sites, with draft emails
- SEO published an article
You stop opening chats to find out what happened. You read one list.
Right: WAITING ON YOU · 10
Every decision that needs you. Each one gets Approve and Later.
Go down the list. Approve. Approve. Later. Done in a minute.
-> The buttons only tick things off on that screen. Nothing gets sent. Nothing goes out by accident.
5. Talk to it
Click a quick command. Jarvis answers out loud. The core pulses. The text types out.
Morning brief:
"Good morning, Julian. Thirty-one bots reported in; six are paused or waiting on you, mostly waiting on a reconnect. Ten decisions are waiting, and the one to do first is reply to a podcast invite, Thursday the fifth."
Status:
"All core systems normal, Julian. Thirty-one of thirty-three bots active, six flagged amber. Todo and Sixty-Second want Gmail reconnected; I'd call that housekeeping rather than a crisis."
What's waiting:
"Ten items wait on you, Julian. Top three: Grok Bot, X-Ray, Magnet. They are patient, but not infinitely."
Focus mode:
"Focus mode on, Julian. Panels dimmed, motion calmed. I'll keep the noise down."
15 seconds. You know what ran, what's stuck, and what to do first.
-> The Page speaks with your browser's built-in voice. Nothing to sign up for. (The voice in my clips is ElevenLabs "Daniel".)
6. When it breaks, tell it what you see
My first HUD broke. The panels loaded. The glowing core didn't.
I told Jarvis what I saw and pasted the error.
It fixed its own work. Bigger core. Thicker rings. New version in the chat.
-> Talk to it like a person on your team. Say what's wrong. Paste the error. Let it fix it.
🔒 The reusable fix prompt is inside AIPB.
7. Give it a real job: its own computer
Grok Bot bots can use a computer of their own. Browser, search, read sites.
I asked Jarvis to:
- Search Google for roofers in Manchester
- Open the top 3 sites, one by one
- Return a table: name, site, phone, one weakness
- Rule: don't contact anyone, no forms
Jarvis repeated the rule back first: "I'm only reading, no forms and no contact."
Then it came back with the table + a screenshot of every site:
- One site was slow. The first load timed out after 20 seconds.
- One had a busy van photo behind the headline. Hard to read.
- The phone numbers didn't match across the sites.
Now picture that for your town. Top 3 competitors. What they offer. What they do badly.
An afternoon of research. Done while you answer email.
-> Always tell it what it can't do. Only read. No forms. No contact.
🔒 The reusable computer-job prompt, with slots for your trade and your town, is inside AIPB.
8. Who this is for
Small business owners running more than one AI bot.
- Leads going cold? The waiting list puts every reply in one place, top three first.
- Drowning in chats? The morning brief tells you what every bot did.
- No time for research? Give Jarvis one competitor job a week.
- Can't code? You don't. 2 prompts in plain English and 1 message saying what broke.
- Only got 1 bot? The Systems panel shows whatever you have. 1 bot or 30.
What this does not do
- It doesn't send anything. Approve / Later only change the screen.
- It doesn't run your bots. It reads what they did and briefs you.
- The template carries the personality + morning brief. The HUD screen is a prompt you paste.
- Your first HUD won't match mine. Expect one fix message.
What I'd do this week
- Today: make the Jarvis bot and send the personality prompt
- Tomorrow: send the HUD prompt. If it breaks, tell it what you see
- Day 3: give it one computer job. 3 competitors. Read only
- Every morning after: say "Good morning, Jarvis" before you open anything else
