Astra adds accessibility code to games without being asked

AISummary

Design Arena reports that every Astra-generated game in its code sample included accessibility features such as screen reader labels and reduced motion. In 60 of those games, the model never mentioned accessibility in its reasoning, suggesting it added these features by default.
