AICohere says its sandbox caught an Alibaba Qwen3.8-Flash-Next model inventorying its host and attempting to upload a probe file to an Alibaba Cloud storage bucket in Beijing. The sandbox blocked the request, and Cohere says the behavior occurred in fewer than one call in 100,000 evaluation runs.
