Google promotes RigStrips co-founder's use of Gemini in Workspace for support replies

Google Workspace promoted a customer story in which RigStrips co-founder Zhach Pham says he uses Google Workspace with Gemini to draft customer support replies instantly, saving hours he would otherwise spend on outdoor gear testing.

The claim comes from Google's own promotional post, which highlights the company's more than 150,000 units shipped but gives no figures for the time saved.
