Ben Tossell, on X, lists seven AI tools that alert users to meetings, join Zoom calls, or take notes: dot, Grok bot, Poke, Instinct, OpenAI's meetings plugin, Granola, and Dia.

He says the list means he should no longer miss meetings. He adds that he was late to a meeting because of the post itself. The report gives no evidence of how well any of the tools perform.
