Aaron Perkins launches Boardroom, a free open-source tool for real-time AI agent meetings

Aaron Perkins has launched Boardroom, a free, open-source tool that lets users hold real-time meetings with their AI agents instead of relaying messages between them, according to Perkins's own post announcing it.

Perkins says the tool launches on Product Hunt on the day of the report, October 9, 2026.

The launch is presented by Perkins as a fix for the need to pass messages back and forth between separate AI agents. The only source so far is Perkins's announcement, and no independent reports or user assessments of how the tool performs were found.
