Cline offers Upstage's Solar Mini 4 free, a 35B MoE model with 3B active parameters

Coding-agent maker Cline announced that Upstage's Solar Mini 4 is free to use within Cline.

Cline describes it as a 35B mixture-of-experts model from the Korean lab Upstage, with 3B active parameters, a 524K context window, and throughput of 208 tokens per second.

Cline says the model scores 24 on the AAII, the highest of any model with 3B active parameters and within one point of Nemotron 3 Ultra, which uses 55B active. These performance figures are Cline's own claims and have not been independently verified in the reporting.
