Every consultant builds AI clones of her boss and CEO to pre-check client emails

Every consultant Kate Hollenbeck says she built AI clones of her boss, GitHub executive Natalia Quintero, and her CEO by distilling their Slack messages into files such as natalia.md.

She used the clones to simulate whether each would approve an email before sending it to a client. Hollenbeck says she started the consulting role reporting to Quintero and was worried she did not know how to communicate with corporate clients. She also says the clones spare colleagues from being asked for their judgment on every draft. Quintero reportedly called the clone her favorite call of the day, a remark Hollenbeck reports and that is not independently verified.
