Ben Tossell teases an unspecified idea, quoting Adel Wu on AI startup hiring gaps

Ben Tossell (@bentossell) posted only "i have an idea..." on X, without describing what the idea is.

In the same post he quotes Adel Wu (@adelwu_), who says AI startups struggle to hire people who combine online culture fluency, taste, AI and technical understanding, and execution skill.

No details about Tossell's idea have been reported, so its subject and purpose remain unknown. The quote is Wu's claim about the hiring difficulty, and this report does not establish whether that difficulty is widespread.
