## Summary

DingTalk has open-sourced DWS, its Workspace command-line tool, under the Apache 2.0 license, and released a build for HarmonyOS PCs. The tool covers 25 business modules and more than 1,000 commands, and returns structured JSON for agents. Because it touches company data, it requires enterprise administrator authorization, and the source says the HarmonyOS build lacks SafeChat and runtime native payloads.
