## Summary

Nexus Mods will require mod authors to declare whether AI was used in their work when uploading new mods, site owner Victor "Foledinho" Folmann announced. AI-assisted mods must include a public explanation of how and where AI was used, and AI tags will be more prominent on mod pages. Authors have 60 days to update existing mods before enforcement begins on January 2.
