## Summary

Alibaba used its Wan 3.0 video generation model to turn 100 submitted photographs into a one-minute virtual drum performance shown on a screen at the Dakar 2026 Youth Olympic Games opening ceremony. The participants were drawn from the Dakar 2026 Learning Academy, according to the organizers. Visitors can also play a drum game at the "The Teranga Beat" installation, where Wan generates a short personalized video.
