OpenAI launches Decisions API for real-time model and tool selection

OpenAI's Decisions API is now live, letting developers choose the right model, tool, or action in near real-time, and is available to all developers in public beta. The API makes decisions up to 10x faster than GPT-6 Luna through the Responses API. The post also says OpenAI will use the API internally to improve the experience for everyone.
