Anthropic has made three Claude Enterprise tracking features generally available: smart reports, pooled budgets, and in-app surveys, all released in beta in September. Smart reports, off by default, track which tasks employees run in Claude, how often, and what they cost, and Anthropic says they should not be used to evaluate individual performance.
