## Summary

Ukrainian officials said SpaceX and the U.S. imposed speed limits on Starshield that cut connectivity for drones and aircraft moving over 100 miles per hour. The Wall Street Journal reported that Musk ordered the changes, and lawmakers in both parties have called for an investigation. Few alternatives match Starlink's scale, with Amazon Leo having about 390 satellites in orbit versus Starlink's more than 11,000.
