Traces now lets anyone create a surface, a visualization of agent sessions, following the earlier launch of Surfaces on Traces. Surfaces can be shared only within an organization or made available to anyone on traces.com, and the post says they are easy to add.

Today, we're launching a big update - anyone can now create a surface.
Surfaces can be just for your org, or anyone on http://traces.com - and are super easy to add!
