竟然说因为 AI 数据中心的建设放缓在某种意义上避免了 AI 泡沫
理由是每次泡沫都是因为需求增长的速度没有跟上供给
但现在供给大幅下降了（德州威武），所以需求可以慢慢跟上来
所以反而不会有泡沫了
