## Summary

Elvis Saravia says coding agents drift quickly as teams scale them, and more model intelligence does not fix it. He praises Serro for capturing plan changes, checking with the responsible person, and updating the relevant agents. Serro is described as an agentic TPM that keeps people and coding agents working from the same evolving program.

## Post

Keeping coding agents aligned gets harder as you scale them.

They drift rapidly. Throwing more intelligence at it won't solve anything either.

Really like the direction @serroai is taking here. It captures plan changes, checks with the responsible person, and updates the relevant agents.

As we delegate more work, keeping everyone and agents efficiently coordinating becomes a much bigger engineering problem.

> Your coding agents are fast now.

> The problem? They can move just as fast in the wrong direction.
>
> Miss one update, and they can spend days building the wrong thing - costing you tokens and engineering time. That's why devs are still glued to their monitors.
