Launched in September, now we're here

Here's everything I did: 

1. MOST IMPORTANTLY
I built a product with tons of competition. 
People already pay for these tools (and they pay well)

I didn't have to waste time explaining why my product is useful. 

2. I built something I knew
I've been doing SEO for years now. My $12k MRR app runs FULLY on automated SEO. 

I just took my own agent and turned it into a SaaS

3. I copied what the winners are doing. 
A LOT of these SEO apps grow through articles on X and Linkedin

So I wrote articles and posts on X and Linkedin 

Some articles did SUPER well. Most failed. 
Gotta do more there. 

4. Hard paywall, 3-day trial, capture credit card

Here's my plan for the next step 

1. More articles on X and Linkedin

2. SEO (obviously) dogfooding my own product

3. Outbound! I'm super nervous about this because I've never done it. But I know it works

4. More and more product launches. I'm going to treat every new feature as a completely new launch.
