## Summary

Gergely Orosz says companies that updated their apps quickly for iPhone Duo have strong engineering teams with autonomy to do right by the business. He says companies that have not updated are likely run top-down, with a CEO instructing teams to fix it.

## Post

Unironically yes

Ones that updated have both good engineering teams and these teams/engineers have autonomy and initiative to do the right thing for the business

Companies not updated are prob run top-down and CEO with Duo just instructing them to fix it…
