Claude file access raises tricky technical problems for offline computers

Thariq (@trq212), who works at Anthropic, notes a technical challenge: if Claude can only reach your files while your computer is online, Claude may be stuck until the machine is back on. He suggests some kind of sync could help, but says it introduces edge cases that are hard to solve.
