## Summary

Luma AI says its Face Swap tool replaces faces in approved campaign images while keeping pose, lighting, framing, and composition, so one shoot can produce regional variants. The company says processing takes 10-20 seconds per image and delivers results 100-250x faster than manual compositing. Luma also points to its Layers tool, powered by Uni-1, for swapping faces in approved layouts while keeping headlines and brand elements unchanged.
