Moonshot AI open-sources MoonEP, a communication library for MoE workloads

Moonshot AI has open-sourced MoonEP, a high-performance communication library for distributed MoE workloads. The library is designed to reduce communication overhead in expert-parallel training and inference at scale. The code is available on GitHub under MoonshotAI/MoonEP.
