OpenClaw updates plugin loading to support hot reloading without restarts

OpenClaw has updated how plugins load, enabling hot reloading so sessions keep running while changes take effect. The update was made by Patrick Erichsen alongside several other improvements, with a live demo showing an Apple PIM plugin installed and built on the fly.
